All merchandise is shipped via UPS Ground service throughout the Continental U.S.
Delivery time ranges from 2 to 7 business days depending on where you live.

When you supply us with personal information, we make a commitment to you that the information will be used for internal use only and no information will be sold, rented or loaned to any third party. Returns & Replacements
Not what you expected? If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can easily exchange or return your item online. Item must be in new and unused condition and returned within 60 days after the item was purchased.
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us to fill out a request form, and we will send you an RMA and instructions on how to send the item(s) back. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Ordering
Placing an order with Ofelia's Hamlet is easy. First find the items you'd like to purchase, then add the items to your shopping cart. When you're ready to check out just follow the instructions onscreen to complete your order. There's no need to create an account before you begin shopping. Most orders ship within 3-5 business days, though sometimes unexpected delays caused by a manufacturer can result in a delay

Viewing Orders
It’s easy to check the status of your order! Just visit online and sign in with your Ofelia's Hamlet ID and password then click [My Orders] to get a summary of any orders placed online. You’ll see your order number, the date the order was placed, the status of the order, order total, the shipping method, and package tracking information for items that have shipped.
Updating Account Information
To change the information you entered about yourself when you first created your Ofelia's Hamlet account, please follow the simple steps below. These instructions can be used to update your name, email address, mailing address and telephone number preferences.

1. Sign on to your Ofelia's Hamlet account with your email address and password.

2. From the Dashboard Menu, click [Account Information] or [Address Book]

3. Make any changes you require.  

4. Click [Save] to submit your changes.
